About the Project:

The activity aims to develop a shared understanding of the role of a group leader and explore effective ways of supporting leaders throughout all stages of a Youth Exchange. Participants will share good practices, analyse real case studies, and strengthen cooperation between
organisations, group leaders, and youth workers. The PBA will also serve as a space for joint planning of future Youth Exchanges and building new partnerships, complemented by a culturalprogramme in Gdańsk.
